Ludhiana Doctor Missing Since June 11, Police Investigate

A doctor from Basant Avenue in Ludhiana, who departed from his residence on June 11 to attend to his clinic, has been reported missing. The police have registered a case based on a complaint filed by Sikha Sharma, the wife of the missing individual, Gaurav Sharma, aged 40.

Complaint Details

In her statement to the authorities, Sikha Sharma recounted that her husband left home driving his Mahindra Scorpio with registration number PB-10-KD-3993, heading towards his clinic located at Pratap Chowk. However, he failed to return home. Upon checking, she discovered that her husband never reached the clinic and his mobile phone was switched off. Consequently, she approached the police and lodged a formal complaint.

Police Investigation Underway

ASI Dharaminder Singh, who oversees the Basant Avenue police post, stated, “So far, we have no clue about the man. He left home but did not reach his clinic. He has not attempted to contact his family or anyone else.” The police are continuing their investigation and are appealing to the public for any information that might lead to his whereabouts.
