Details of the Arrest

The accused, identified as Nitesh Katiyar, a resident of Shahjahanpur, works as a sanitation worker. According to Ganga Nagar Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Kuldeep Gunawat, Katiyar allegedly misused the identity of his ex-fiance's brother to post objectionable remarks and threats against the Chief Minister on WhatsApp.

During questioning, Katiyar revealed that he had been engaged to the sister of the person whose identity he allegedly used. However, after the engagement was called off, Katiyar decided to frame the woman's brother out of spite.
