A 35-year-old man was stabbed to death in Bengaluru's RT Nagar area on Tuesday night while trying to break up a fight at a local bar. The incident occurred around 10:30 PM at a bar on 5th Main Road, where an argument between two groups escalated into a violent altercation.

The victim, identified as Ramesh, a resident of RT Nagar, was at the bar with friends when a quarrel broke out between two groups of patrons. Witnesses said Ramesh stepped in to separate the brawlers, but one of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the chest. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.

Police Investigation

The RT Nagar police have registered a case of murder and arrested two suspects, aged 28 and 32, who are believed to be the main accused. Preliminary investigations suggest the fight stemmed from a personal dispute. Police are questioning other witnesses and reviewing CCTV footage from the bar to ascertain the sequence of events.
