The district and sessions court in Nagpur has sentenced Yogesh Rewatkar, a 22-year-old resident of Narkhed, to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment under Section 4(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act. The crime took place on July 30, 2023, when the accused lured the complainant's six-year-old son to the upper floor of his house. There, he committed an unnatural sexual act with the minor.
