A 45-year-old plumber from Wadgaon was arrested by the Ambegaon police on Thursday for allegedly assaulting a traffic constable. The incident occurred after the constable stopped him for riding a motorcycle dangerously.
Details of the Incident
The accused, identified as Sadanand Salunke, struck the constable with his helmet and damaged his POS machine. When another constable began recording the incident on his mobile phone, Salunke allegedly pushed him and damaged the handset.
