BJP Rajya Sabha MP Harsh Mahajan was rushed to Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) in Shimla on Saturday after his health suddenly deteriorated while he was participating in a party protest near the office of the Deputy Commissioner (DC).
Incident During Protest
According to eyewitnesses, Mahajan was standing beside BJP MLA Balbir Verma, who was addressing mediapersons, when he suddenly felt uneasy. Verma and other party workers immediately came to his aid, preventing him from falling. Mahajan was then swiftly taken to IGMC in an HRTC taxi for medical treatment.
Condition and Response
