Indore: Traffic police personnel carrying maps of examination centres will be stationed at major junctions across the city to guide National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) aspirants in reaching their centres on Sunday. The initiative aims to ensure smooth movement for candidates appearing for the crucial exam.
Helpline and App Support
Candidates can seek assistance through the traffic helpline number 7049107620. Additionally, the ‘Indore Traffic Saathi’ app and helpline teams will remain on alert to provide real-time support. This multi-channel approach ensures that students have access to guidance via phone or digital platform.
Traffic Assistance Centres
Traffic assistance centres have been set up at major transit points, including Laxmibai Nagar Railway Station, Park Road Station, Chhoti Gwaltoli Railway Station, Sarvate Bus Stand, Gangwal Bus Stand, Nayta Mundla Bus Stand, and Jinsi Bus Stand. These centres are specifically designed to help students arriving from outside the city navigate to their examination venues.
Advisory for Parents and Citizens
Parents have been advised to park vehicles only at designated places and leave for examination centres well in advance to avoid last-minute rush. Citizens have also been urged to avoid unnecessary movement around examination centres and cooperate in maintaining smooth traffic flow. Authorities have decided not to permit any rallies or processions that could disrupt traffic movement, ensuring an uninterrupted environment for the aspirants.
