Seven Women Killed in Tamil Nadu Ammonia Gas Leak

In a tragic incident, seven women were killed and several others hospitalised after an ammonia gas leak at a seafood processing factory in Tamil Nadu's Thoothukudi district. The leak occurred early Sunday morning from a storage tank, causing panic among workers. Local authorities evacuated the area and the factory has been sealed pending investigation. According to district officials, the victims were workers on the night shift.
