Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Launches Scathing Attack on Rahul Gandhi
In a fiery statement delivered on Tuesday, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak launched a blistering attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, asserting that his recent allegations against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the government were not merely condemnable but constituted an act of treason against the nation.
'Mohabbat ki Dukan' Sells Only Hatred and Anarchy: Pathak
Addressing journalists at the state BJP office in Lucknow, Pathak accused Gandhi of having a singular objective: to propagate falsehoods, incite public unrest, spread chaos, and deliberately undermine India's growing strength on the global stage. He specifically targeted Gandhi's political narrative, famously branded as 'Mohabbat ki Dukan' (shop of love).
"Rahul Gandhi's so-called 'Mohabbat ki Dukan' sells nothing but hatred, anarchy, riots, and anti-India sentiments," Pathak declared emphatically.

The Deputy CM's sharp remarks came directly in response to Rahul Gandhi intensifying his criticism of Prime Minister Modi just one day prior. During his address, Gandhi had accused the Prime Minister of presiding over what he described as a series of "national shames," referencing contentious issues including the US trade deal and allegations linked to the Epstein files.
This exchange follows Prime Minister Modi's own recent condemnation of the Congress party. Modi had criticized Congress members for what he termed a "shirtless" protest at a recent AI summit, labeling their actions as "gandi and nangi" (dirty and naked). Pathak expanded on this critique, directly linking Gandhi to the protest.
Allegations of Conspiracy and Cultural Betrayal
Pathak asserted that the Congress party, under Rahul Gandhi's leadership, had crossed a line of falsehood from which there was no return. He alleged that Congress leaders had not only severely tarnished the nation's dignity by "dancing naked" at the AI Global Summit but had also engaged in a calculated conspiracy to defame India internationally.
"Rahul Gandhi's support for the naked Congress protesters, whom he hailed as 'Lions,' proves conclusively that he was the mastermind behind the entire script of this disgraceful protest," Pathak stated.
While acknowledging that protest is an integral part of a vibrant democracy, Pathak argued that resorting to "nudity" and "anarchy" in the name of demonstration is fundamentally opposed to Indian culture and the nation's great civilizational heritage.

The Deputy Chief Minister further accused Rahul Gandhi of an old habit: using foreign propaganda machinery to sling mud at the Prime Minister. "Rahul Gandhi has become a pawn in the hands of foreign powers," Pathak alleged, warning that the people of India would never accept such destructive political tactics.
He concluded with a final, damning characterization: "He (Rahul Gandhi) is the biggest brand ambassador of negative politics in the country today."
