Jaisalmer: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit Rajasthan on July 4. During his visit, he may inaugurate the refinery at Pachpadra in Balotra district and the new terminal of Jodhpur Airport.
Although no official announcement has been made yet, the state government has directed its departments to begin preparations. Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat recently indicated that the programme for inaugurating the new terminal could be on July 4.
Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma is expected to visit Pachpadra soon to inspect the refinery. The official programme for the chief minister's visit has not been issued yet.
