Ahead of the vibrant festival of Holi, Uttar Pradesh Excise Minister Nitin Agarwal has issued a heartfelt appeal to citizens across the state, urging them to celebrate the occasion responsibly and abstain from alcohol consumption. The minister emphasized that the misuse of liquor frequently results in tragic incidents and can severely disrupt family harmony, casting a shadow over the festive spirit.
