Pawan Kalyan Outlines Vision for Strengthening Party Structure

Addressing a gathering of party leaders and dedicated workers, Pawan Kalyan emphasized that the programme is designed to fortify the party's organisational structure by encouraging committed individuals to actively engage in advancing its ideology and core principles. He highlighted the introduction of three distinct categories under the active membership system to recognize and categorize members based on their contributions and involvement levels.

Three Categories of Active Membership Defined

The party has established a structured approach to membership with the following categories:

  • Udyami: This category is reserved for members who possess a deep understanding of the party's ideology and consistently work in alignment with its principles and aspirations.
  • Sadhak: Individuals who actively strengthen the party's struggles, inspire the younger generation, and promote its ideals will be recognized under this designation.
  • Pradata: This classification includes those who provide indirect support through financial assistance, technical expertise, service, or intellectual contributions to the party's public and political activities.

Review of Party Growth and Membership Expansion

Reflecting on the party's journey, Pawan Kalyan noted that the Jana Sena Party was founded with an initial base of 150 members. During the first phase of active membership in 2021, approximately 90,000 members were enrolled. The membership count saw a significant surge, reaching six lakh ahead of the elections and later expanding to 12.98 lakh after the polls. He pointed out that the party has attracted a diverse range of individuals from various sections of society, including small business owners, daily wage earners, and educated youth, showcasing its broad appeal and inclusive nature.
