Vasundhara Raje Warns Officials: Respect BJP Workers or Face Consequences
Raje: BJP Workers Are Party's Ambassadors, Must Be Heard

In a strong address aimed at bolstering the party's grassroots structure, former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Saturday placed BJP workers at the heart of the organization's strength. She warned that without them, the party would become "lifeless".

Workers Are Our Ambassadors: Raje's Direct Message

Raje was speaking at a BJP state-level organisational workshop held at the Constitutional Club in Jaipur. The event was presided over by the party's national general secretary (organisation) BL Santosh and Rajasthan BJP president Madan Rathore.

Identifying the party's booth, mandal, and district presidents as its "ambassadors," Raje issued a clear caution to government officials. She stated that ignoring these workers or delaying responses to their requests would not be tolerated. "Officers should get the work done on their signatures — otherwise they should be ready to face consequences," she asserted.

A One-Hour Deadline for Officials

Raje laid down a specific directive for responsiveness, emphasizing the workers' direct connection to the party's leadership. "Officials should pick up the phone within one hour when our workers call and complete their work," she instructed.

She further reinforced their importance by stating that the voice of a BJP worker reflects the voice of both the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister. "The workers' voice must remain strong. Their neglect will not be tolerated," Raje added, underlining that their role must never be undermined.

Congratulatory Notes and Strategic Meetings

During her address, Raje also congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on India becoming the world's fourth-largest economy. She extended her greetings to Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on completing two years in office.

In a parallel development on the same day, B L Santhosh presided over the Rajasthan BJP core committee meeting at the party headquarters in Jaipur. He directed members to prepare a comprehensive strategy for the upcoming local body elections. Santosh also urged ministers to focus on strengthening their connection with the common people.

The day's events highlight the BJP's concerted effort to streamline its organizational machinery and ensure synergy between its workers, leaders, and the government apparatus in Rajasthan.
