He specifically highlighted improved safety for women and girls. "Today, women and girls can move freely to schools and markets," Yogi said. He warned that anyone attempting to threaten their security will face strict legal action.

Recalling his personal struggle against encephalitis, Yogi Adityanath described how previous governments ignored the crisis. This neglect forced him to protest on the streets. After assuming power, his government took direct responsibility. They successfully eliminated encephalitis within just two years.

Drawing a sharp comparison between pre-2017 Uttar Pradesh and the present situation, the Chief Minister noted dramatic changes. He detailed major improvements in road and air connectivity. Travel time from Gorakhpur to Lucknow has reduced to approximately three and a half hours. Regular flights now connect Gorakhpur to major metropolitan cities across India.

Improved security conditions have attracted substantial investments over the past eight years. Yogi Adityanath mentioned investments worth thousands of crores flowing into the state. This investment surge has generated employment for around fifty thousand young people.

The Chief Minister stressed the important role of technology in modern governance. He cited reforms in ration distribution and welfare delivery systems.
