Nagpur: Central Railway has announced six weekend special train services between Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur to cater to the surge in passenger demand during the summer season. Of the total, four services will operate between Mumbai and Nagpur, while two will run between Pune and Nagpur.
Mumbai-Nagpur Services
Train number 01021 will depart from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) at 12:30 AM on May 1 and May 3, reaching Nagpur at 3:45 PM on the same day. In the return direction, train number 01022 will leave Nagpur at 9:40 PM on the same days and arrive at CSMT at 1:50 PM the following day.
Pune-Nagpur Services
For Pune-Nagpur services, train number 01467 will depart from Pune Junction at 3:50 PM on May 1 and reach Nagpur at 8:05 AM the next day. Train number 01468 will depart from Nagpur at 7:00 AM on May 3 and reach Pune at 11:30 PM on the same day.
Booking Details
Bookings for these trains opened on April 29 at reservation centres and online via the IRCTC Rail Connect platform. Unreserved tickets can be booked through the UTS system, while passengers can also use the RailOne app.
