Playground Games has officially released the Series 2 update for Forza Horizon 6, titled "Horizon Decades." This latest update introduces a variety of new content, including reward cars, an evolving world event, additional Car Pass vehicles, and the return of The Trial. The update goes live on June 18 and will run for four weeks as part of the game's Festival Playlist.
Horizon Decades Series Focus
The Horizon Decades series centers on vehicles from different eras, bringing three new-to-Horizon cars, a temporary Car Meet location, and 10 reward cars that players can unlock by completing playlist activities.
New Car Meet and Festival Playlist Rewards
A new Evolving World Car Meet has been added at the Hokubu Time Attack Circuit. Players can drive to this location in the shared world, display their vehicles, and meet other players before forming Convoys.
The update also marks the return of The Trial, a 6v6 team racing event available exclusively to Horizon Legends who have earned the Gold Wristband. Series 2 introduces three new badges:
- Festival Enjoyer: Complete each type of Festival Playlist activity.
- Time Traveler: Play Forza Horizon 6 during the Horizon Decades series.
- Egg-cellent!: Park at the Evolving World Car Meet in the 2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10.
Among the headline reward cars are the 1993 Porsche 911 Turbo S Leichtbau and the 2018 Lotus Exige Cup 430, both making their Forza Horizon debut. Other reward vehicles available throughout the four-week event include:

Series History Reward and Car Pass Additions
Playground Games has introduced Series History Rewards, which unlock based on a player's lifetime Festival Playlist points. The first vehicle in this category is the 1972 Mazda Cosmo 110S Series II, available after earning 500 Playlist Points.
Four new vehicles are joining the Car Pass lineup over the next month:
- 2023 Audi R8 Coupé V10 GT RWD on June 18
- 1974 Mazda #123 Mad Mike 808 Wagon "FURSTY" on June 25
- 1998 Nissan Skyline GT-R 40th Anniversary on July 2
- 2023 Toyota GR Corolla on July 9
Looking Ahead: Series 3 "Italian Exotics"
Playground Games confirmed that Series 3, called "Italian Exotics," will introduce additional cars, events, a new badge, and collectable items. The update will also include the Italian Passion Car Pack for Premium Edition owners, while it will be sold separately for other players.
