Substantial Job Creation and Workforce Growth Planned
Tredence currently employs over 400 professionals in Telangana and has outlined ambitious hiring plans to significantly increase its local workforce. The company aims to add approximately 700 new employees in 2026, followed by an additional 1,100 hires in 2027. Upon completion of this phased expansion, Tredence's total workforce in the state is projected to exceed 2,200 individuals, marking a substantial contribution to the regional job market.

The inauguration ceremony was led by Shakthi M Nagappan, Director and CEO of Telangana Life Sciences, who emphasized that Tredence's investment highlights Hyderabad's growing prominence as a central hub for data science, artificial intelligence, and global capability centers. "This development reinforces our state's position as a leading destination for technology innovation and talent," Nagappan stated.

Abhijay Datta, the Center Head, provided further details on the hub's operational focus.
