UAE Mobilizes Emergency Relief for Lebanon
Under the directives of President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the United Arab Emirates has launched a comprehensive humanitarian assistance program to support people affected by the ongoing crisis in Lebanon. The UAE Aid Agency is coordinating the delivery of essential supplies, including food, medicine, clothing, and shelter, to alleviate suffering and facilitate early recovery.
Commitment to Global Humanitarian Response
Tareq Ahmed Al Ameri, Chairman of the UAE Aid Agency, reaffirmed the UAE's sustained global role in providing immediate response to crises, disasters, and emergencies. He stated that the agency is working closely with Lebanon's Higher Relief Council to ensure timely delivery of humanitarian services and basic necessities to affected communities.
Lebanese Ambassador Expresses Gratitude
Tariq Hassan Munaymina, Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic to the UAE, expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to the UAE's leadership, government, and people for their steadfast support and solidarity with the Lebanese people across all circumstances. He commended the UAE's efforts in helping Lebanon confront difficult living conditions, meet urgent needs, and work towards peace, stability, development, and prosperity.
