Forest and Wildlife Preservation Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak emphasized that sustained conservation efforts and public awareness campaigns have yielded encouraging results. Five Wetlands Selected for Priority Development

In a related development, Kataruchak revealed that five prominent wetlands in Punjab have been included among 100 sites identified by the central government for priority development. These wetlands are:
