Patna Launches Two New Suburban Rail Services on Mumbai Local Model
In a significant advancement for regional transport infrastructure, the Danapur division of the East Central Railway (ECR) has officially inaugurated two new dedicated commuter train services. These services, operating on the Patna-Buxar and Patna-Jhajha routes, are designed to emulate the efficiency and frequency of Mumbai's renowned local train network.

"Designed as high-frequency pendulum services, the trains will shuttle back and forth between their respective routes with minimal turnaround time, ensuring better availability and punctuality," Siddarth explained.
