In his meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized Uttar Pradesh's rapidly improving pro-business environment. He detailed the state's strategic advantages, including the availability of ample land for development and enhanced connectivity infrastructure. Strategic Memorandum of Understanding Signed
In a significant development, the Invest UP team formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE). This agreement is designed to foster collaboration across multiple domains, including:

- Enhancing industrial competitiveness and digital transformation

The MoU also provides for advisory support, joint preparation and implementation of technical cooperation projects, and securing collaboration from stakeholders across both government and private sectors.

A senior official involved in the negotiations indicated that, if necessary, separate written agreements could be executed for specific projects.
