The traffic ban has been implemented specifically to accommodate traditional festivities at the historic Anjaneyaswami temple located on Dodda Banaswadi Main Road. These celebrations include the ceremonial chariot pulling and the revered Karaga festival, which typically draw large crowds of devotees and spectators to the area.
The affected stretch runs between the Mukutamma temple bus stand and the Steel Factory junction. During the four-day period, all vehicular traffic will be prohibited on this segment to ensure safety and smooth conduct of the religious events.

- Turn left toward 100 Ft Road
- Continue to Vemanna Junction
- Take a right turn onto Banaswadi Main Road
For vehicles heading toward Ramamurthy Nagar or KR Pura on Banaswadi Main Road:
- At Vemanna Junction, take a right turn near Steel Factory
- Continue on Bhuvanagiri Road
- Proceed to reach Ramamurthy Nagar Outer Ring Road (ORR)
