A tragic road accident in Bhopal claimed one life and left two others injured on Wednesday night. The incident involved a tractor-trolley loaded with animal fodder that overturned on a main road.
Details of the Sukhi Sewania Accident
The accident occurred around 8 pm on Wednesday night near Bhadbhada village in the Sukhi Sewania area. According to police reports, the tractor-trolley, which was carrying a load of straw, was moving at a high speed. The driver lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a turn near a forest stretch, leading to the trolley overturning.
Three people sustained serious injuries in the crash. They were immediately rushed to Hamidia Hospital for emergency treatment. Despite medical efforts, one of the injured men could not be saved.
Victim Identified, Investigation Launched
The deceased has been identified as Narmada Ahirwar, a 35-year-old resident of Khejda village. Ahirwar worked as a daily wage labourer. The other two injured individuals are currently undergoing treatment at the hospital, and their conditions are being monitored.
Sukhi Sewania police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the circumstances that led to the accident. SHO Rambabu Chaudhary is overseeing the probe. A post-mortem examination was conducted on Thursday, after which the body of Narmada Ahirwar was handed over to his grieving family.

The accident has highlighted concerns about road safety, especially for overloaded agricultural vehicles on main roads. The police investigation will focus on determining the exact cause, including factors like speed and road conditions near the turn where the vehicle overturned.
