Prohibitory Orders Imposed

Considering these developments, the Ghazipur administration promulgated prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the BNSS to avoid gatherings and maintain law and order.

Congress Delegation Stopped

A delegation of Congress functionaries from Varanasi, including district unit president Rajeshwar Singh Patel and city chief Raghvendra Mishra, attempted to meet the family in Katariya village. However, police foiled their bid in the Badagaon area and took them to the local police station.
