The Haryana Government on Friday issued posting orders for 16 IPS officers and 20 HPS officers, with DGP Ajay Singhal assuming additional charge as Chairman and Managing Director of the Haryana Police Housing Corporation.

Key Appointments and Additional Charges

DGP Ajay Singhal, a 1993-batch IPS officer, will now oversee the Haryana Police Housing Corporation in addition to his duties as Director General of Police. The move is part of a broader reshuffle aimed at streamlining police administration.

Alok Mittal, also a 1993-batch IPS officer, will continue to hold the charge of Director General, Prisons, with the additional responsibility of Resident Commissioner, Haryana.

Promotions and New Roles

Navdeep Singh Virk, upon promotion, has been assigned the charge of Director-General of the Haryana State Enforcement Bureau and Director of Vigilance and Security for Haryana Power Units. This marks a significant elevation in his career.

Kala Ramachandran, on promotion, will take charge as Director-General of Madhuban Complex, DGP of Training, and Director of the Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban.

Dr. C.S. Rao has been posted as Commandant General of Home Guards and Civil Defense, in addition to his present duties.

Specific Assignments for Senior Officers

Charu Bali, a 1995-batch IPS officer, will now serve as ADGP Cyber, ADGP IT, and ADGP State Crime Record Bureau, with additional responsibilities as ADGP of Bhondsi Police Complex.

Vikas Arora has been given the charge of ADGP ERSS and Traffic and Highways, along with ADGP Telecommunication and ADGP Administration.

Rakesh Arya will hold the charge of IGP Law and Order, alongside IGP State Crime Branch.

Maneesh Chaudhary, a 2005-batch IPS officer, will serve as IGP Prisons, in addition to IGP Railway and Commando.

Ashok Kumar, IGP Karnal Range, will also hold the charge of IGP HAP.

Naazneen Bhasin, a 2007-batch IPS officer, has been assigned as IGP CID, IGP HAP Madhuban, and IGP RTC Bhondsi.
