The two sisters, aged 15 and 16, were abducted from their home while their mother was working in the agricultural fields. The girls' father, in his official complaint, recounted the distressing discovery. "My wife searched extensively for them and informed me immediately. Upon inquiry, I learned that a distant relative was also missing. I was certain that he had lured and kidnapped my daughters," he stated.

Following a month-long search, police successfully rescued the minor girls and apprehended the perpetrators. The accused, identified as daily wage laborers, were charged under stringent legal provisions:
- IPC Section 376-D for gang rape
- IPC Section 363 for abduction
- The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act
Both men have remained in judicial custody since their arrest, awaiting trial.
