The attack occurred around noon, a time when the area is typically crowded. According to police and eyewitness accounts, the victim was allegedly attacked by two men: Deepak (35) and his brother Sagar. The assault was reportedly linked to an old dispute between the parties.
Eyewitnesses described a scene of extreme brutality, stating that the teenager was stabbed 7 to 8 times during the altercation. The sudden violence in a public square triggered immediate panic and outrage among citizens present at the location.
