New Delhi: Two cases of murder and one case of attempted murder were reported in the city, according to police officials.

Shastri Park Stabbing

In the first incident, a 50-year-old man named Fakruddin was allegedly stabbed to death in northeast Delhi's Shastri Park early Thursday. The accused, identified as Mohsin (34), was arrested and allegedly confessed to killing him over an old dispute. Police said the two had a history of animosity, which escalated into the fatal attack.

Pratap Nagar Attack

In another incident, 22-year-old Manoj was seriously injured after allegedly being stabbed by a fellow worker in Pratap Nagar on Wednesday evening. The accused is absconding, and a search is underway. Manoj is currently undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital, and his condition is reported to be stable.

Shahdara Body Discovery

Separately, the body of an unidentified man, believed to be aged between 35 and 40, was found buried under gravel at an under-construction building in Shahdara. Police suspect foul play and have registered a case of murder. The body has been sent for postmortem, and investigations are ongoing to identify the deceased and the perpetrators.

Authorities have urged anyone with information to come forward. Further details are awaited as the probes continue.
