The vehicle lacked a roof carrier but was loaded with heavy luggage, with the youth perched precariously atop the load without any safety measures or support. He was seen trying to maintain his balance as the car sped along.

In response, police identified the accused and issued a notice. According to a Gurugram police spokesperson, “The accused has been identified during the investigation and a notice is being issued in accordance with the rules. The accused will be arrested as per procedure, and further legal action will be taken.”
