Lucknow: Reiterating that public service, security, and good governance are his government's commitments, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed officials to ensure the disposal of complaints within the fixed time limit. The Chief Minister was holding a janata darshan at his official residence.
After receiving applications from everyone, the CM directed officials of the concerned districts to investigate the matters and ensure justice for the victims. He stated, "District magistrates and superintendents of police should personally monitor the cases and ensure that the problems of the victims are resolved." He added that resolving the problems of every needy person is the commitment of the government.
The Chief Minister instructed officials to work with full promptness and sensitivity to ensure justice for everyone without discrimination. He emphasized that every eligible person should receive the benefits of government schemes, proper treatment should be arranged for the needy, and strict action should be taken against land mafia and influential people involved in illegal land grabbing.
During the janata darshan, the CM listened to the grievances of the public and assured them of timely redressal. He stressed that the administration must be accessible and responsive to the needs of the people, and any delay in resolving complaints would not be tolerated. The officials were directed to maintain a high level of transparency and accountability in their work.
Furthermore, the Chief Minister highlighted the importance of good governance in building a progressive society. He called upon the officials to work tirelessly to uplift the underprivileged and ensure that the benefits of developmental schemes reach the grassroots level. The government's focus remains on creating a safe and prosperous environment for all citizens.
