Former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi has started vacating the 10 Circular Road bungalow in Patna, which has now been allotted to state minister Nand Kishor Ram. The eviction process began late Sunday evening, with CCTV cameras being uninstalled and personal belongings being removed from the premises.

According to officials, the vacating process is being carried out smoothly. Rabri Devi, who is the wife of former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, had been occupying the bungalow since her tenure as Chief Minister. The state government recently reallocated the property to Nand Kishor Ram, a minister in the Nitish Kumar cabinet.
The removal of security equipment and personal items marked the first phase of the handover. Sources indicated that the entire process is expected to be completed within a few days.

10 Circular Road is one of the most prestigious government residences in Patna, previously occupied by several high-profile politicians. The reallocation follows a routine review of government accommodations by the Bihar administration. Nand Kishor Ram, who holds the portfolio of Rural Works Department, will now use the bungalow as his official residence.
Rabri Devi had been residing in the bungalow for over two decades, even after her term as Chief Minister ended. The state government's decision to reassign the property has been in line with standard procedures for allotting government accommodations to current officeholders.
