Citizens can submit claims and objections regarding the electoral rolls until September 12. The draft rolls were published earlier, and the public has been given ample time to review and raise any discrepancies. Mitra emphasized that the process aims to ensure an accurate and error-free voter list.

Voters can file their claims and objections online through the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab, or by visiting designated offices. Forms are also available at local voter registration centers. The CEO urged all eligible citizens to verify their names and details in the draft rolls and report any errors promptly.
Special Drives and Awareness Campaigns
To maximize participation, the Election Commission has planned special drives and awareness campaigns across the state. Booth level officers will be deployed to assist citizens with the process. Mitra highlighted that the goal is to include all eligible voters and remove any duplicate or deceased entries.
