Jaipur: Rajasthan Congress president Govind Singh Dotasra on Monday launched a sharp attack on the BJP-led central government over the recurring allegations of NEET paper leaks, cautioning that compromised examinations could lead to the entry of unqualified individuals into the healthcare sector.
Addressing the annual meeting of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee's medical cell in Jaipur, Dotasra expressed grave concern over the repeated leaks, stating that they endanger both the future of students and the integrity of the country's healthcare system.
Continuous paper leaks in examinations like NEET are extremely concerning, he said. If fake doctors begin to enter society, the country's healthcare services will be left to God's mercy. The BJP has hollowed out the entire system and made the future of the youth insecure.
Taking aim at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Dotasra remarked, Modiji only talks about 'Mann Ki Baat', never about 'Kaam Ki Baat'. He holds 'Pariksha Par Charcha' but fails to prevent examination papers from being leaked.
He further warned that if doctors themselves start becoming fake, it would have serious consequences for the nation. The time has come for those who leak the papers of the youth to be out of power, he added.
During the event, doctors who performed distinguished work were felicitated. Leader of Opposition Tikaram Jully, former Assembly Speaker CP Joshi, Congress MLAs, and party office-bearers were present at the event.
