In a spiritually significant event, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed elaborate Vedic rituals at the revered Shaktipeeth in Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri this Sunday. Traditional Rudrabhishek Ceremony with Vedic Hymns
CM Yogi Adityanath meticulously conducted the ritual bathing of the deity, known as Rudrabhishek, using traditional offerings including pure milk, fresh curd, clarified ghee, natural honey, and refined sugar. This profound ceremony was performed in strict accordance with ancient Vedic traditions, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere.

Later in the day, CM Yogi Adityanath traveled to the Piteshwarnath Shiv Temple at Bharohiya, a site believed to date back to the Mahabharata era, showcasing remarkable historical significance. At this ancient temple, he performed jalabhishek (water offering) and sought divine blessings for universal well-being and harmony.
