A crucial meeting was convened at the state BJP office on Sunday to finalize the arrangements for the welcome and felicitation ceremony. Key leaders, including BJP state president Sanjay Saraogi and organization general secretary Bhikhu Bhai Dalsania, provided guidance to workers on ensuring the event's grandeur and smooth execution.
Responsibilities have been clearly assigned to party workers to manage various aspects of the arrangements. The meeting also placed special emphasis on logistical measures to facilitate the travel and accommodation of workers arriving from other districts across Bihar, ensuring they face no difficulties in reaching Patna for the ceremony.
