ThoughtFocus Expands AI Innovation with New Lab and Leadership Office

ThoughtFocus, a global provider of digital services and technology solutions, has announced a significant expansion of its artificial intelligence initiatives. The company launched ThoughtFocus Lab, an evolution of its earlier TFBuild program, and formalized its AI Czar Office to strengthen leadership in AI innovation.

Evolution from TFBuild to ThoughtFocus Lab

Originally introduced as TFBuild, the initiative was designed to accelerate experimentation and engineering around emerging technologies and applied AI. Through TFBuild, ThoughtFocus teams developed internal platforms, prototyped solutions, and explored practical use cases to address real client and industry challenges.

Building on this success, ThoughtFocus is now scaling up these efforts with ThoughtFocus Lab. This new lab will serve as a central hub for the company's work in applied AI innovation, industry-focused solution development, and enterprise-grade technology engineering. It brings together engineers, domain experts, and AI practitioners to accelerate the creation of deployable solutions for enterprise needs.

Leadership and Strategic Enhancements

The AI Czar Office, led by Bradley Clerkin, AI Czar at ThoughtFocus, formalizes the leadership structure guiding the company's AI initiatives across engineering, innovation, and delivery. Avinash Dongre, Vice President of Engineering, AI and Innovation, will continue to play a key role within this office, ensuring AI capabilities evolve from experimentation to enterprise deployment.

In a move to further strengthen its AI leadership ecosystem, ThoughtFocus has partnered with Gayathri Devi Jayan (GD) as AI Strategist and Consultant. GD, the Founder of AIDVICE and Chapter President, India, for the Applied AI Association, brings over three decades of experience in global technology and engineering services. Recognized by The Economic Times AI as one of the Top 5 Women Leaders in AI, she will work with the AI Czar Office to embed AI into solution-building, talent development, and client engagements.

Client-Focused AI Solutions

Nick Sharma, CEO of ThoughtFocus, emphasized the company's commitment to practical AI applications. "At ThoughtFocus, we believe the real power of AI lies in how it empowers people to solve complex problems and deliver greater value for our clients," he said. "The evolution of TFBuild into ThoughtFocus Lab and the formalization of the AI Czar Office reflect our dedication to turning AI innovation into practical solutions for our customers."

Madan Mewari, who leads delivery at ThoughtFocus, will collaborate with the AI Czar Office and engineering teams to operationalize these initiatives across client programs and internal platforms. This ensures that innovations from ThoughtFocus Lab translate into scalable solutions addressing real business challenges.
