Reiterating the RMC's zero-tolerance stance, Yadav stated, "Manufacture, storage, sale, purchase, and use of single-use plastic remain strictly prohibited within the municipal corporation limits. Further seizures, financial penalties, and legal action will continue to be taken against individuals and establishments that violate these rules."

The RMC has urged citizens to comply with the ban and report any violations to help keep the city clean and environmentally sustainable.
