Property registration services down for 3 days from June 26

The Telangana government has announced that property registration services will be suspended for three days starting June 26 due to scheduled server maintenance. According to a statement from the registration department, the website of the registration and stamps department will be temporarily closed to enhance service quality, strengthen security standards, and upgrade other provisions.

Why These Dates Were Chosen

The government explained that the three-day period was selected strategically: June 26 is a government holiday for Muharram, June 28 is a Sunday, and only June 27 is a working day. This means citizens will face inconvenience primarily on a single working day.

Impact on Citizens

While the holiday and Sunday minimize disruption, residents who need to register properties on June 27 will have to plan accordingly. The department advises citizens to complete any pending registrations before the maintenance period or wait until services resume.
