The official inauguration ceremony for the renovated works is set for the morning of January 19. Sources indicate the 'muhurat' or auspicious time occurs right after sunrise. The chief minister is expected to return to Hyderabad by evening on January 19 before departing for Davos.

Extensive Tour of Erstwhile Districts Before Davos Trip

The chief minister's tour covers four of the nine erstwhile districts in Telangana. This tour has a dual purpose. It serves as a protest against the G Ram G Act. It also keeps focus on the upcoming municipal elections in the state.

Revanth Reddy will complete visits to these four districts before leaving for the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 19. He plans to cover the remaining five districts after returning from his international trip in the first week of February.

Detailed Schedule of District Visits

The tour begins on January 16, the day after Sankranti. In the erstwhile Adilabad district, the chief minister will inaugurate the Sadarmath barrage. He will also open the Chanaka Korata pumphouse. These events mark the start of the first phase of his district tour.

On January 17, the focus shifts to Mahabubnagar district. Revanth Reddy will lay the foundation stone for new buildings and a campus for the IIIT at Jadcherla. Later that day, he will address a public meeting in Mahabubnagar town.

January 18 brings the chief minister to Khammam district. His schedule includes laying the foundation stone for a 100-bed hospital in the Palair assembly constituency. He will participate in other local development programs as well. In the evening, Revanth Reddy is slated to attend the CPI's centenary public meeting in Khammam town.

From Khammam, he will proceed directly to Medaram to begin the preparations for the Jatara site inauguration the following morning.

This packed schedule demonstrates the state government's active engagement in development projects and cultural events across Telangana.
