DM Rathi Holds Night Chaupal, Reviews Welfare Schemes in Jhansi

Jhansi: As part of the nationwide campaign marking 12 years of the central government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, District Magistrate Gaurang Rathi organized a night chaupal in Raksa Gram Panchayat of Babina block on Wednesday. The event was conducted under the integrated public welfare and awareness campaign running from June 5 to 21.

Direct Interaction with Villagers

Presiding over the event, DM Gaurang Rathi interacted directly with villagers, reviewed the implementation of government welfare schemes, heard public grievances, and issued instructions for their prompt resolution. He also conducted an inspection of the village and its underprivileged settlements to assess local issues on the ground and ensure corrective action.

Empowering Villages for Developed India

Addressing the gathering, Rathi emphasized that empowering villages is essential for building a developed India. He said both the central and state governments are continuously working for the welfare of farmers, women, youth, laborers, and economically weaker sections. He encouraged eligible beneficiaries to avail various government beneficiary schemes floated from time to time.

Awareness Activities and Highlights

On this occasion, awareness activities by various departments, including health, agriculture, and women welfare, were also held. BJP city president Sudhir Singh addressed the gathering and highlighted the achievements and development initiatives undertaken by the central government over the past 12 years.
